SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a local cosmetic or dermatological composition containing 1,3-diglyceride having the general formula (I):
where radicals R1 and R2 are, independently of each other, C15-C19 saturated and unbranched alkyl radical and at least one cosmetic or dermatological excipient for topical application to the skin. The invention also relates to the specified composition or 1,3-diglyceride having the formula (I) for its use in protecting the skin, in countering the weakening of the skin barrier and in preventing or reducing the penetration of exogenous molecules into the skin after the weakening of the skin barrier.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of cosmetic or dermatological compositions to counteract the weakening of the skin barrier, in particular, under the influence of external factors, achieving greater stability of the inter-corneocyte space allows opening up new prospects in the field of cosmetic and dermatological products for skin care, including facial skin, body skin and head skin, and/or for makeup.
