SUBSTANCE: device (100) for laying at least one cable (70) with one or several optical fibers (71) on pipe (200) of a land or underwater pipeline is proposed, wherein pipe (200) has longitudinal passage direction (L) and includes at least one layer of metal material (201) and at least one multilayer coating (202) on layer of metal material (201), and wherein at least one multilayer coating (202) includes at least first layer (203) adjacent to at least one layer of metal material (201), and at least one second layer (204) removed from at least one layer of metal material (201), opposite to least one first layer (203). Device (100) includes: support module (101) designed for operative communication with pipe (200), wherein support module (101) is designed to slide relatively to pipe (200) in longitudinal passage direction (L) of pipe (200); milling device (103) operatively connected to support module (104), wherein milling device (103) is designed to make groove (60) in a peripheral radial part of at least one second layer (204) of coating in passage direction (L) of pipe (200) during relative sliding between support module (101) and pipe (200); laying unit (104) of at least one cable (70) with one or several optical fibers operatively connected to support module (101), wherein laying unit (104) is designed to lay at least one cable (70) with one or several optical fibers in groove (60) during relative sliding between support module (101) and pipe (200) in longitudinal passage direction (L) of pipe (200); extruder (105) operatively connected to support module (101), wherein extruder (105) is designed to feed filler material (80) into groove (60), fill at least one cable (70) with one or several optical fibers (71) in groove (60) during relative sliding between support module (101) and pipe (200) in longitudinal passage direction (L) of pipe (200), fuse filler material (80) of groove (60) with the peripheral part of at least one second layer (204) of coating, in which groove (60) is made.
EFFECT: obtaining a device for laying cables on a pipe of a land or underwater pipeline.
