FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for injecting hydrocarbon raw materials of a processing plant, in particular a cracking plant with fluidized catalyst. Device (10) for injecting hydrocarbon raw materials of the processing plant, made with the possibility of spraying liquid onto droplets by means of gas, contains hollow tubular case (12), which passes in the longitudinal direction (X), and inner wall (13) of which forms the first zone, called the contact zone (Z1), and the second zone (Z2), located downstream relatively to the first zone in the direction of the flow of liquid and gas inside the case. The case contains at least one first (16) and one second (14) inlet channel leading to the specified first zone (Z1), for injecting liquid and spraying gas, respectively, into the first zone, at least one outlet (18) located downstream relatively to the first and second zones, for removing spray liquid from the case. Inner wall (13) of the case between the first and second zones is provided with at least one partition (20i) that interrupts the passage of moving fluid and that is made in such a way that in each plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case containing the specified partition, the latter passes only along part of the circumference of inner wall (13), thus the pressure drop is less than the pressure drop in the case, in which the partition passes along the entire circumference of the inner wall, and the partition(s) has a non-zero height, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case, equal to at least 1/10 and not more than 1/4 of the maximum internal size of the case perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case, and the size measured in the longitudinal direction of the case, from 10 to 35 mm or at least equal to the maximum internal size of the case measured perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced spraying gas consumption, small injection pressure drop, which makes it possible to use the invention with heavy raw materials without the need to increase the spraying gas consumption or the power of used pumps.
