FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for injecting hydrocarbon raw materials of a processing plant, in particular a cracking plant with fluidized catalyst. Device (10) for injecting hydrocarbon raw materials of the processing plant, made with the possibility of spraying liquid onto droplets by means of gas, contains hollow tubular case (12), which passes in the longitudinal direction (X), and inner wall (13) of which restricts the first zone, called the contact zone (Z1), and the second zone (Z2), located downstream relatively to the first zone in the direction of the flow of liquid and gas, first element (14) for injecting gas into the first zone (Z1) in the longitudinal direction, second element (16) for injecting liquid into the first zone (Z1) in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, while specified element (16) for injecting liquid is installed on second channel (17) of the case near the first channel, spraying element (18) installed on third channel (19) of the case, which is located opposite second channel (17), end element (24) containing at least one outlet (25). Spraying element (18) contains cylindrical pipe (20) designed to supply gas to the first zone (Z1) located opposite element (16) for injecting liquid, and target object (21) located in the center of the pipe. The pipe and the target object pass in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, wherein the target object has shock surface (22) at pipe end (23), which leads to the first zone (Z1), with alignment relatively to first element (14) for injecting gas. Case (12) has an internal cross-section that continuously changes or is constant along its entire length, while its inner wall (13) between the first and the second zones is provided with at least one partition (26i) that protrudes from the inner wall to the inner space of the case. The partition(s) has a non-zero height, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case, equal to at least 1/10 and not more than 1/4 of the maximum internal size of the case perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case, and the specified at least one partition is made in such a way that in each plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case containing the specified partition, it passes only along a part of the circumference of the inner wall.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced spraying gas consumption, small injection pressure drop, which makes it possible to use the invention with heavy raw materials without the need to increase the spraying gas consumption or the power of used pumps.
