FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: sheet textured silicon steel with a heat-resistant ground magnetic domain, characterised by the presence of multiple parallel grooves obtained as a result of forming grooves on the surface of one side or both sides of the sheet textured silicon steel and evenly distributed along the rolling direction of the sheet textured silicon steel with a heat-resistant ground magnetic domain. Each groove extends in the direction of the width of the sheet textured silicon steel and is formed as a result of joining multiple sub-grooves extending in the direction of the width of the sheet textured silicon steel with a heat-resistant ground magnetic domain. Among said multiple sub-grooves forming a single groove, two adjacent sub-grooves are joined by means of end-to-end interconnection or overlapping or transverse distancing. The cross-section of each said sub-groove in the direction of the width of the sheet textured silicon steel is characterised by an inverted trapezoid profile, wherein the larger base of the trapezoid has the length Lt, and the lateral side of the trapezoid is characterised by the projected length le in the direction of the width of the sheet textured silicon steel.
EFFECT: morphology of the groove is controlled, the magnetic domain is ground, and the losses in iron are reduced.
