FIELD: catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for reactivation of a deactivated alumina-cobalt-molybdenum or alumina-nickel-molybdenum catalytist for hydrotreatment of hydrocarbon raw materials by calcination and contacting with the reactivating aqueous solution including citric acid, diethylene glycol, followed by drying, wherein the reactivating aqueous solution additionally comprises propylenecarbonate and compounds of Ni or Co and Mo, calcination is executed no less than once in air at a temperature of no greater than 490°C to the residual carbon content of less than 0.2 wt.%, followed by contacting with the reactivating aqueous solution of citric acid, diethylene glycol and propylenecarbonate, including compounds of Ni or Co and Mo, wherein the concentration of citric acid in the solution is within the range of 0.5 to 1.0 mol/l, the total mass fraction of diethylene glycol and propylenecarbonate is within the range of 25 to 50 wt.%, the compounds of Ni or Co are included in the reactivating solution in an amount of up to 0.25 mol/l and Mo up to 0.15 mol/l, then drying is performed at 120°C.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in restoring the activity of the catalyst of deactivated alumina-cobalt-molybdenum and alumina-nickel-molybdenum catalysts to the level of 95% or more from the activity of similar fresh catalysts, while maintaining the mechanical strength of granules of more than 93% of the initial strength, while reducing the time of contact with the reactivating solution compared to the prototype, as well as reducing the temperature of precalcination to 490°C.
