FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for hydrotreating diesel fuels based on the use of regenerated hydrotreating catalysts. Discloses a process for the hydrotreating of diesel fuel at temperature of 340–390 °C, pressure of 3–9 MPa, volumetric feed flow rate of 1.0–2.5 h-1, volumetric hydrogen/raw material of 300–600 m3/m3 in the presence of the reactivated hydrotreating catalyst having a pore volume of 0.3–0.55 ml/g, specific surface area of 120–180 m2/g, average pore diameter of 7–12 nm, including molybdenum, nickel, phosphorus, sulfur and a carrier, wherein molybdenum, nickel and phosphorus are contained in the catalyst in form of a mixture of complex compounds Ni(C6H6O7), H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11], H7 [PNiMo11O40]; H3[Ni(OH)6Mo6O18], H6[P2Mo5O23], carrier contains γ-Al2O3, sulfur in form of sulphate anion SO42-, phosphorus in form of phosphate anion PO43-. Catalyst contains components in following concentrations, wt.%: Ni(C6H6O7) – 8.8–15.6; H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 3.2–8.0; H7[PNiMo11O40] – 5.8–11.6; H3[Ni(OH)6Mo6O18] – 3.7–7.1; H6[P2Mo5O23] – 3.0–7.4; carrier – balance; wherein carrier comprises wt.%: SO42- – 0.5–2.5; PO43- – 2.5–5.5; γ-Al2O3 – rest; after sulphiding catalyst contains, wt.%: Mo – 10.0–16.0; Ni – 2.5–4.5; P – 1.2–2.4; S – 6.7–10.8; γ-Al2O3 – balance.
EFFECT: hydrotreating method of diesel fuels is proposed.
