FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for reactivation of a hydrotreating catalyst, through which spent catalyst is impregnated with a solution of citric and orthophosphoric acids in a mixture of water and butyl diglycol, having concentrations of butyl diglycol 10–20 vol%, after oxidative regeneration, citric acid 0.42–1.09 mol/l, orthophosphoric acid 0.17–0.54 mol/l, then subjected to thermal treatment at temperature of 60–90 °C for 20–60 minutes, then dried in air at 100–220 °C for 2–6 hours, obtaining a catalyst having pore volume of 0.3–0.55 ml/g, specific surface area of 120–180 m2/g, average pore diameter of 7–12 nm and containing, wt.%: Ni(C6H6O7) – 8.8–15.6; H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 3.2–8.0; H7[PNiMo11O40] – 5.8–11.6; H3[Ni(OH)6Mo6O18] – 3.7–7.1; H6[P2Mo5O23] – 3.0–7.4; carrier – balance; wherein carrier comprises wt.%: SO42- – 0.5–2.5; PO43- – 2.5–5.5; γ-Al2O3 – balance; which corresponds to content in sulphided catalysts, wt.%: Mo – 10.0–16.0; Ni – 2.5–4.5; P – 1.2–2.4; S – 6.7–10.8; γ-Al2O3 – balance.
EFFECT: efficient method of reactivation of hydrofining catalyst.
