FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for hydrotreating diesel fuels based on the use of regenerated hydrotreating catalysts. Method is described for hydrotreating diesel fuel at a temperature of 340–390 °C, pressure 3–9 MPa, volumetric consumption of raw materials 1.0–2.5 h-1, volume ratio hydrogen/raw materials 300–600 m3/m3 in the presence of a regenerated hydrotreating catalyst having a pore volume of 0.3–0.8 ml/g, specific surface area 150–280 m2/g, an average pore diameter of 6–15 nm, including molybdenum, cobalt, phosphorus, sulfur and a carrier, molybdenum, cobalt and phosphorus are contained in the catalyst in the form of a mixture of complex compounds Co(C6H6O7), H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11], H3[Co(OH)6Mo6O18], H6[P2Mo5O23], sulfur is contained in the form of sulfate anion SO42-, phosphorus is contained in the form of the phosphate anion PO43- in the following concentrations, wt. %: Co(C6H6O7) – 6.3–13.0; H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 8.6–11.2; H3[Co(OH)6Mo6O18] – 6.2–7.7; H6[P2Mo5O23] – 4.0–10.2; SO42- – 0.7–2.6; PO43- – 0.5–4.4; carrier – the rest.
EFFECT: production of hydrotreated diesel fuel with low sulfur and nitrogen content in the presence of regenerated catalysts.
