FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a regenerated hydroprocessing catalyst for diesel fuel. Regenerated hydroprocessing catalyst is described having a pore volume of 0.3–0.8 ml/g, specific surface area of 150–280 m2/g, average pore diameter of 6–15 nm, which includes molybdenum, cobalt, phosphorus, sulfur and carrier, while molybdenum, cobalt and phosphorus are contained in the catalyst in the form of a mixture of complex compounds. Co(C6H6O7), H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11], H3[Co(OH)6Mo6O18], H6[P2Mo5O23], sulfur is contained in the form of sulfate anion SO42-, phosphorus is contained in the form of the phosphate anion RO43- in the following concentrations, wt. %: Co(C6H6O7) – 6.3–13.0; H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 8.6–11.2; H3[Co(OH)6Mo6O18] – 6.2–7.7; H6[P2Mo5O23] – 4.0–10.2; SO42- – 0.7–2.6; PO43- – 0.5–4.4; carrier – the rest.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining an improved regenerated hydroprocessing catalyst.
