FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for drying sprouted grain used as a vitamin supplement in animal and poultry feed. The sprouted grain dryer consists of a body, belt conveyors, levelers, support rollers, fans, a branch pipe, a tubular electric heater, guides, while a tubular electric heater is required to heat the air leaving the fan into the body, on the end sides of the belt conveyors, guides are installed, designed to ensure the direction of the flow of heated air over the belt conveyors, an electric generator impeller is installed inside the exhaust duct, the exhaust pipe is insulated with foil insulation, foil-clad insulation is designed to maintain the temperature of exhaust gases along the length of the exhaust duct, on the upper part of the exhaust duct there is a tank with a temperature sensor installed inside with a thermometer in which a coil is installed, the coil is connected to the supply pipeline and the outlet pipeline to prevent heat losses, the surface of the tank is covered with foil insulation.
EFFECT: invention should ensure high uniformity of drying of germinated grain, heating water for use in general household needs through the use of waste gases, power generation, due to the rotation of the electric generator with atmospheric air.
