SUBSTANCE: plant for drying of sprouted grains relates to agriculture and is intended for drying sprouted grains used as a vitamin additive in fodder for animals and poultry. Plant for drying germinated grains consists of a frame on which heat-insulating panels are installed, the side of the drying chamber is divided into three parts, which are made with possibility of lifting, lifting of three parts of lateral side of drying chamber is carried out by means of loops, fixation of lateral side in raised position is performed by pneumatic stops, racks are arranged on supports, which are made with possibility of sliding along guides, racks are made perforated, infrared ceramic lamps are located above racks, next to heat-insulating panel fan is installed, which is connected to drying chamber by means of air duct, fan is designed to remove air from the drying chamber into the atmosphere, behind the drying chamber there are fans for supplying atmospheric air inside the drying chamber for cooling, in the upper part of the drying chamber there is a condensate receiver, it is a sheet located above the racks, and is made in the form of an inclined surface, along the condensate receiver on the lower side there is a tray, the tray is inclined, on the lower side of the tray there is a pipe which is connected to the reservoir.

EFFECT: germinated grain drying plant provides high uniformity of germinated grain drying due to application of infrared heaters, reduction of overall dimensions.
