FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: sprouted grain dryer is intended for drying sprouted grain used as a vitamin supplement in animal and poultry feed. The dryer consists of a drying chamber, a cooling chamber, an upper vibrating sieve with the ability to perform oscillatory movements; a lower vibrating sieve with the ability to perform oscillatory movements is installed inside the cooling chamber, a confuser in the shape of a quadrangular pyramid with a fan suction pipe, the discharge pipe of the fan is directed above the lower sieve and comprises a filter drier, a fire plate is installed below the upper sieve, under which there is a gas burner and is intended for heating atmospheric air, next to the fire plate there is a suction port for supplying air to the drying chamber, on the end side of the drying chamber there is a guide pipe to set the direction movement of sprouted grain from the upper sieve to the lower sieve; a hopper is located between the lower sieve and the outlet window.

EFFECT: sprouted grain dryer ensures high uniformity of drying of sprouted grain.
