SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new series of biologically active compounds: dipeptides of the general formula: R1-C(O)-L-Leu-L-Trp-R2, where R1 is selected from С6Н5-СН2- or C6H5-(CH2)2-; R2 is selected from OH, OCN3, NH2 or NHCH3.
EFFECT: compounds are ligands of the 18 kDa mitochondrial translocator protein (TSPO) and have neuropsychotropic properties, in particular anxiolytic activity.
