SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new compounds of the formula (I): wherein * means that carbon atom shows (R)- or (S)-configuration when it represents a chiral atom; one radical among R1 and R3 means hydrogen atom (H) and another represents the group of the formula (II): ; R2 means H, linear or branched (C1-C6)-alkyl or one of the following group of formulae (III)-(VI): (III), (IV), (V) and (VI); R4 means H, linear or branched (C1-C4)-alkyl; R5 means H, linear or branched (C1-C4)-alkyl, -NH-CH2-CH3; R6 and R7 mean independently of one another H, linear or branched (C1-C4)-alkyl; R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15 and R16 mean independently of one another H, linear or branched (C1-C4)-alkyl; m has a value 0, 1 or 2. Proposed compounds act as agents enhancing the growth hormone secretion that allows their using for enhancing the growth hormone level in plasma blood and for treatment in deficiency of the growth hormone, growth retention in children and disturbance in metabolism, and with defects in the growth hormone secretion.
