SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electronic cigarette cartridge. The electronic cigarette cartridge comprises a filler containing a non-tobacco plant, an aerosol-forming substance, and microcrystalline cellulose, and a mouthpiece. The filler has the form of rectangular strips, rods, fibres, a porous material, blocks, separate elements, plates, powder, granules, balls, or a sheet. The microcrystalline cellulose has a mass average molecular weight of no less than 10,000 and no more than 100,000.

EFFECT: reduction in the rate of change of the filler, e.g., a reduction in the length, width, thickness and volume, with time after manufacture is provided, as a result, the probability of the electronic cigarette filler falling from the cartridge is reduced.
