SUBSTANCE: tobacco filler block is produced by folding elongated tobacco fillers 20 into a bundle in which the outer peripheral portion is wrapped in sheet-shaped package 25, in which each tobacco filler 20 is molded such that the dimension in the direction of the long side is greater than the dimension in the direction of the short side in the cross section, orthogonal to the direction of length, and direction of long side of tobacco filler 20 of extreme peripheral section, which is in contact with package 25, is oriented in direction approximately, along the circumferential direction, or the long side of the tobacco filler is directed in a direction different from the direction, approximately along the circumferential direction, and number of tobacco fillers 20, in which the long sides directions are oriented in the direction approximately along the circumferential direction, exceeds the number of tobacco fillers 20, in which the long sides directions are oriented in a direction different from the direction, approximately, along the circumferential direction.
EFFECT: disclosed are a block of tobacco fillers and a cartridge for an electronic cigarette, which increase flow of air flow inside the tobacco filler block, while providing a filling factor of not less than a certain value for a block of tobacco fillers in general, and easy to drop out of tobacco filler.
