FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating structures for marine operations of oil and gas production. A continuous vertical floating structure for loading, unloading, lifting and lowering pipes has a hull, a main deck, an upper neck extending down from the main deck, an upper truncated-conical side section, an intermediate neck, a lower neck extending from the intermediate neck, an ellipsoid keel and a fin-shaped protrusion attached to the lower and outer part of the outer surface of the ellipsoid keel. The upper truncated-conical side section is located under the upper neck and is held above the water surface during transport draft and partially below the water surface during operational draft of the floating structure. An automated system for plug screwing installed in the hull communicates with a controller, and it is made with the possibility to screw up marine risers, casing and drilling pipes.
EFFECT: improvement of operational characteristics of the floating structure for loading, unloading, lifting and lowering pipes, as well as an increase in the safety of its operation.
