SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment; it can be used for the prevention and treatment of diseases such as prostatitis and hemorrhoids. A trainer for the prevention and treatment of prostatitis contains a frame with a seat, pedals and a drive device for the oscillatory movement of the seat. The drive device contains a cam and a roller, and it is additionally equipped with two rocker arms. One rocker arm with one end equipped with a roller rests on the cam connected to pedals, and the second end is connected to the second rocker arm by means of sliders with screws mounted on an intermediate link designed to adjust the amount of vibration loading. Sliders are pivotally connected to the intermediate link. The second end of the second rocker arm is pivotally connected to a lever pivotally connected to a rod connected to the seat with the possibility of reciprocating movement of the rod in frame guides.

EFFECT: increasing and convenient regulation of vibration loading, simplifying the structure, increasing the reliability of the device, reducing the cost.
