Exercise machine comprises a frame with a seat, pedals, a cam connected to the pedals, and a rocker arm provided with a roller at one end interacting with the cam. At the same time, the rocker arm with the second end, by slider with screw used to adjust the value of the vibration load depending on their distance from the support hinge, hinged with lever hinged with rod coupled to the seat with the possibility of reciprocating motion of the rod in the frame guides.

EFFECT: simplified design, enabling adjustment of vibration load in a wide range of speeds.
