SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for preventing and treating prostatitis and hemorrhoids. To this end, a bicycle trainer is proposed, characterized in that it comprises a load generating means mounted on the base in the form of interconnected rudders, a frame, a seat, a wheel and a foot drive, wherein between the frame and the base on the side of the rudder there is a hinge or spring, and on the side of the seat a resilient element, wherein the wheel according to the first version is additionally equipped with an unbalanced mass in the form of an additional load. According to the second version, the wheel is equipped with at least one roller and a roller extension mechanism with possibility of its interaction with the base.

EFFECT: shorter time for obtaining a result, which consists in reducing the number of nighttime urges for urination and improving sleep of the patient with prostatitis; creation of simple in design, easy-to-use device for prevention and treatment of prostatitis, broader possibilities for therapeutic application.
