SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for prevention and treatment of such diseases as prostatitis and haemorrhoids. Exercise machine for preventing and treating prostatitis comprises a load on the patient’s body installed on the base and a device for driving the oscillating motion of the seat. Load generating device is made in the form of a rotation drive through the foot pedals and the transmission link of the electric generator rotor. Seat oscillation drive is composed of vibrator with electromagnetic drive coupled with electric generator.
EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability of exercise machine due to reduced number of friction parts, as well as intensive flow of blood and lymph into patient’s pelvic region.
