In the claimed method for constructing a pier on a rocky foundation, at the first stage, the rows of sheet pile walls 1 are immersed into the soil 7, not reaching the rocky foundation 8, after which the first stage of backfilling 2 is carried out to the level of the proposed installation of the lower tier 4 of the anchor rods; then the installation of temporary struts is carried out with division into grips along the length of the structure, after which water is pumped out from the space between the tongues, followed by the installation of at least two tiers 4 and 5 of the anchor rods dry, then the second stage of backfilling 2 is performed to the tier of temporary struts, temporary spacers, bring the second stage of backfilling 2 above the upper tier 5 of the anchor rods, followed by the device of the topside. Also declared is a pier on a rocky base 8, including two walls 1, connecting them with anchor rods 4 and 5 and backfilling 2, where both walls are made of sheet piles immersed in relatively weak soil 7, and are interconnected by the upper 5 and lower 4 tiers anchor rods, where the upper tier 5 is fully or partially located above the water level 9, while the sheet piles 1 are immersed in relatively weak soil 7 to a depth less than the depth of the rock foundation 8, with the upper 5 and lower 4 tiers of the anchor rods mounted dry.

EFFECT: invention ensures stability of piers made of steel sheet piles on a rocky foundation in a simpler and less laborious way, as well as with a decrease in material consumption. In addition, the need for diving work during installation is eliminated, which allows reducing the time of work.
