FIELD: marine structures.
SUBSTANCE: berth is proposed, including a front wall of sheet piles and an anchor system with anchor piles and anchor rods. The anchor system is made in the form of a pile field from a set of anchor piles sunk into the ground in rows in such a way that the centers of their cross sections are placed in plan at the nodes of a regular grid with a given interval between them and with the formation of a cellular soil structure. Anchor piles in their upper part protruding above the water level in the water area are sequentially rigidly connected to each other in the longitudinal and transverse directions with the help of crossbars, which are longitudinal and transverse relative to the front wall to form a rigid spatial pile anchor-girder structure. Transverse crossbars with their ends facing the front wall are pivotally connected to its piles and are anchor rods. A method for constructing a berth is also proposed, in which the pile driving mechanism first immerses the design part of the piles of the pile anchor-girder system, and then, after equipping the operation site over the already driven piles, it moves step by step along the surface of the crossbars of the pile anchor-girder system being built by it towards the water area for further operation, while construction is carried out without the use of watercraft. Since the crossbars are welded to the piles in their upper part protruding above the water level in the water area all work, including welding, can be performed regardless of wave and ice conditions, i.e., safe working conditions are created for all-weather construction, which reduces the construction time and eliminates the need for using watercraft.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of the berth while reducing the material consumption and labor intensity of its construction.
