FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: rotary-pulsation apparatus has a working chamber with a device for introducing contacting phases in the form of injection mixing unit, which nozzle is located directly in the chamber of the apparatus, the outlet branch pipe for emulsion, with a rotor concentrically installed therein, and a stator with radial channels. The central part of the rotor has the form of a truncated cone with a recess in the apex and at least two concentric annular projections on the side surface. At the apex of the truncated cone there is a nozzle. The nozzle comprises a front concave and a side annular wall. There are through-holes made on the front and side walls of the nozzle. The nozzle is installed with a gap between the recessed surface of the truncated cone and the front wall.

EFFECT: increased homogeneity of the resulting emulsion, while ensuring high degree of its dispersion.
