FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engine building, namely to the device of the thermal block of engines operating on the Stirling cycle. A thermal block of a Stirling engine is proposed, containing a displacer cylinder 1 with a displacement piston 2 installed in it, a heater 3, a regenerator 4 and a cooler 5. Heater 3 of the thermal block consists of an outer 6 and an inner 7 cylinders, as well as a cylinder head 8 containing internal cavities 9-11, the inner 7 cylinder of the heater in its upper part is connected above the cylinder walls of the displacer 1 with the outer 6 cylinder of the heater 3, and in the lower part - with the cylinder head 8 to form a single volume for the circulation of the hot coolant. The cooler 5 of the heat block covers the lower part of the cylinder of the displacer 1 and is formed by a cooling jacket 18 containing inlet 19 and outlet 20 nozzles and a guide sleeve 15 limiting the movement of the displacement piston 2, while on the side surfaces of the heater 3 and cooler 5 in contact with the cylinder of the displacer 1, longitudinal slotted channels 14 are applied, which can be directed at an angle to the cylinder axis or made in the form of protrusions on the surface.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat transfer to the working fluid in the heater and cooler, as well as simplifying the design and reducing the metal consumption of the thermal block.
