FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to veterinary surgery. The needle is injected at the intersection of two lines on the ventral wall of the abdomen: the line of connection of the hip joints and the medial line of the abdomen, the reference point is the ventral pubic tubercle and the cranial edge of the pubic fusion. The needle is inserted to a depth of 1.5-2 cm at an angle of 35-45° to the abdominal wall in the caudal/dorsal direction.
EFFECT: method has a low traumatic effect, provides quick and effective access directly to the nerve plexuses of the prostate and vesicular glands, eliminating the ingress of the injected solution into the retroperitoneal space, which reduces the likelihood of complications.
