SUBSTANCE: underwear-type absorbent product according to a variant of implementation of the present invention comprises an absorbent element, a waist part and a perineal part. The absorbent element is placed in the perineum. The waist part includes an abdominal part and a dorsal part, placed around the trunk. The perineal part is located between the abdominal part and the dorsal part and retains the absorbent element together with the abdominal part and the dorsal part. At least one of the abdominal part and the dorsal part includes a stretchable sheet, wherein the stretchable sheet includes a first zone and a second zone, the second zone is located on the side of the first zone constituting the upper one in the up and down direction orthogonal to the direction along the circumference of the trunk. The stretchable sheet includes an elastic polymeric material and a layer of a non-woven material, containing an elastic polymeric material. The first zone and the second zone have different tensile stresses in the direction along the circumference. The first zone and the second zone have the same size in the direction along the circumference in the natural state.
