FIELD: medicine; pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to pediatrics and lung diseases; it is intended for the treatment of developing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). For the treatment of BPD, a combination of poractant alpha at a dose of 100-200 mg/kg with budesonide at a dose of 0.1-1.5 mg/kg is used. In addition, the use of the above-mentioned combination in the preparation of a drug for the treatment of developing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), as well as the use of a kit including poractant alpha and budesonide in the above-mentioned dosages for the treatment of developing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in premature newborns are presented.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides the possibility of using the combination of poractant alpha with budesonide in the treatment of developing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).
