SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics. Using a combination of exogenous lung surfactant, CuZn superoxide dismutase and catalase to be used simultaneously, sequentially or separately in preventing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). A therapeutic agent for preventing BPD. A kit for preventing BPD containing: a) exogenous lung surfactant and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or a diluting agent in the first standard dosage form; b) CuZn superoxide dismutase and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or a diluting agent in the second standard dosage form; c) catalase and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or a diluting agent in the third standard dosage form; d) a container for the above first, second and third dosage forms.

EFFECT: using the combination provides higher clinical effectiveness in BPD by the synergetic effect of the combined action of the ingredients.
