FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for carrying out endovascular surgery using robotic means. The method includes the steps at which: place the patient on the operating table; an introducer with a hemostatic valve is injected into the blood vessels; control the position of the introducer using the methods for X-ray contrast study of blood vessels, the position of diagnostic guides, catheters, balloon catheters and stents. At the same time, catheters and guides are also controlled with the help of an anthropomorphic manipulator of an anthropomorphic robot, which is connected via a united network to a remote computer device of the surgeon and which repeats the movements of the surgeon's hands. The anthropomorphic manipulator is controlled by a unit for determining the position of the surgeon's hands in space, connected to the surgeon's remote computer device. The process is monitored through the display, which displays the data of the methods for contrast study of blood vessels. An anthropomorphic manipulator is performed with the possibility of anthropomorphic gripping of the catheter, its longitudinal movement and the possibility of its smooth rotation.
EFFECT: possibility of carrying out endovascular surgery using the usual movements of the surgeon's hands.
