PERCUTANEOUS VASCULAR PUNCTURE SYSTEM AND METHOD Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B34/20 G06T15/00

Abstract RU 2766396 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: this group of inventions relates to methods of percutaneous vascular puncture, in which an ultrasonic scanner is used to determine the position of a blood vessel and a puncture needle, a blood vessel is visualized and punctured, for this purpose, a guide wire is inserted through a puncture needle into a blood vessel, as well as to the corresponding systems implementing the method. According to the invention, an image of the position of the blood vessel and puncture needle is transmitted from an ultrasonic scanner to augmented reality glasses, which are placed on the head of a doctor, augmented reality glasses with an open lower hemisphere are used, which are made with possibility of simultaneous location in the field of vision of a doctor and images of the position of the blood vessel and puncture needle, and the area of puncture needle insertion itself. Correct intravascular position of the guide wire is controlled by controlling the movement of the ultrasonic scanner. System implements said method.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of percutaneous vascular puncture, reduced risk of complications, for example, damage of posterior wall of blood vessel.
