FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to a coated steel substrate. The coated steel substrate contains a coating containing nano-graphite flakes with a transverse size of 1-60 microns, and a binder including sodium silicate and an additive in the form of aluminum oxide, or a binder including aluminum sulfate and an additive in the form of aluminum oxide, while the steel substrate has the following composition, wt. %: 0,31≤С≤1,2, 0,1≤Si≤1,7, 0,15≤Mn≤3,0, Р≤0,01, S≤0,1, Cr≤1,0, Ni≤1,0, Мо≤0,1 and optionally one or more elements such as Nb≤0,05, В≤0,003, Ti≤0,06, Cu≤0,1, Со≤0,1, N≤0,01, V≤0,05, Fe and unavoidable impurities being the rest. The method for manufacturing a coated steel substrate includes the following successive steps: A) preparation of a steel substrate, B) deposition of the coating using an aqueous mixture containing from 1 to 60 g/l of nano-graphite and from 150 to 250 g/l of a binder containing sodium silicate and an additive in the form of aluminum oxide, or a binder containing aluminum sulfate and an additive in the form of aluminum oxide, C) optionally drying of a coated steel substrate obtained at stage B).
EFFECT: increase in the adhesion of the coating with a steel substrate is provided.
