FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: communication method selects a network slice based on a status of the network slice deployment. The method includes stages, at which: the first request message of the network slice administration sent by a base network node is received by a radio access network node, while the first request message of the network slice administration contains a network slice identifier of the network slice allowed for use by a terminal device. The first response message to the network slice administration request is sent via the radio access network node to the base network node.
EFFECT: possibility to support the network slicing architecture, network slices in the communication system can share the network device and/or the network resource, and can exclusively occupy the network device and/or the network resource.
