SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a base station, a method of cutting a network for a base station and a computer-readable storage medium. Base station comprises a controller configured to form a network thread related to information for transmission, wherein the network portion associated with the transmission information comprises first information identifying at least one public land mobile network (PLMN) supported by the base station, and second information identifying at least one thread associated with the PLMN identified by the first information, and a transceiver configured to send a setup request message to the neighbour base station, which includes the first information and the second information.

EFFECT: technical result consists in formation of network cutting mechanism.
