SUBSTANCE: sensitive element of a luminescent sensor is claimed, containing a non-porous quartz plate with sequentially applied activating layer based on partially sulfonated polystyrene; inorganic adsorbent layer, which is aerosol of A-175 brand modified with a mixture of 1 ml of pyridine and 5 ml of hexylamine with a porous polymer binder based on tetrafluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride, including, as a photoactive component, colloid semiconductor luminophores containing a core based on cadmium selenite and semiconductor shells based on cadmium sulfide and zinc sulfide; outer porous layer based on copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride.

EFFECT: invention provides for an increase in sensitivity and accuracy of determining analytes, as well as an increased service life and sensor reading stability.
