SUBSTANCE: invention relates to closing element (20) intended for use when closing packaging (10), while closing element (20) has tongue part (21) along longitudinal direction (L) made with the possibility of inserting through groove (14) in wall (11b, 13’) of packaging (10) by moving along longitudinal direction (L), and base part (22), while base part (22) has width (W₂₂) in the direction transverse to longitudinal direction (L), which exceeds maximum width (W₂₁) of tongue part (21) in the direction transverse to longitudinal direction (L), while tongue part (21) contains attached part (23) made with the possibility of adhesive attachment to outer surface (11b) of packaging (10), while attached part (23) is provided at distance (D₂₃) from base part (22), and tongue part (21) additionally contains tear-off part (24) passing across from the edge to the edge of tongue part (21), while tear-off part (24) is made with the possibility of tearing for separation of tongue part (21) to the first part containing attached part (23), and the second part connected to base part (22). The disclosure of the invention also applies to a packaging system containing a packaging and a closing element.
