FIELD: diving equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of equipment for living or working under water, namely to the field of diving equipment, especially to underwater vehicles for transporting divers. The underwater scooter for divers contains an engine with a propeller, mounted with the possibility of moving on the lower part of the air tank for scuba diving by means of a hinge. The engine is powered by a replaceable battery pack, and the control unit is designed to be held by the diver or attached to the diving suit, and is also connected to the scooter by a cable. The scooter is characterized by the presence of two positions: active and inactive, which can be changed using the control unit so that the active position is achieved by moving the propeller as it begins to repel water after activation by the control unit. The active position is fixed by means of a locking mechanism, which preferably has the form of pins or threaded balls interacting with the grooves.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the control of diving in the planned direction under the water surface.
