FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas analysis, in particular, to methods for entering samples into a chromatograph. A method for entering a sample of liquefied hydrocarbon gases into a chromatograph includes the transportation of liquefied hydrocarbon gases filtered from mechanical impurities from a sampler into a loop of an automatic metering valve with a cooling element, the temperature of which is preset from a cooling condition of a model sample of a sample of liquefied hydrocarbon gases, ensuring its preservation in a liquefied state, then, in the process of filling the cavity of the metering valve with analyzed liquefied hydrocarbon gases, the degree of their degassing is continuously measured and a smooth change in the cooling temperature in the loop of the metering valve is performed until the temperature reaches the temperature that ensures stabilization of the sample in a liquid state, after cooling and stabilization of the sample, it is sent to an injector chamber and then is fed into an analytical column of the chromatograph by carrier gas, while the degree of degassing of liquefied hydrocarbon gases in the cavity of the metering valve is measured by means of a degassing indicator, installed as close as possible to an outlet of the metering valve to preserve thermobaric conditions.
EFFECT: ensuring the stabilization of the sample in the liquefied state and preventing its degassing, when introduced into the chromatograph.
