FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing amorphous co-evaporate containing (a) cladribine, (b) cyclodextrin and (c) an organic solvent, said method comprising the steps of: (i) dissolving cyclodextrin in an aqueous alcoholic solution, (ii) dissolving cladribine in aqueous alcoholic solution of cyclodextrin, (iii) removing the solvent to obtain the final amorphous co-volatilized substance containing less than 2% residual solvent.
EFFECT: new method for preparing an amorphous complex of cladribine with cyclodextrin has been developed, which makes it possible to obtain a highly stable amorphous complex that can be used in medicine for the production of solid dosage forms containing cladribine.
