FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatric neurology, and can be used to diagnose disorders of motor development in children. A functional examination is carried out in an anti-gravity position lying on the stomach with support on the forearms or palms. In this case, full-term babies at the age of 3 - 5 months of life, premature babies at 3 - 5 months of corrected age undergo tremorography using a microelectromechanical sensor equipped with an accelerometer and a gyroscope. The sensor is placed on the child's cervical spine with the head up. The amplitude of postural tremor is determined along three mutually perpendicular axes X, Y and Z. When its values are at least along one of the three axes above 0.016 g/Hz, a violation of motor development is diagnosed, and when its values along all three axes are below or equal to 0.016 g/Hz - lack of impaired motor development.
EFFECT: method provides diagnostics of impaired motor development in children aged 3-5 months by determining the amplitude of postural tremor along three mutually perpendicular axes X, Y and Z.
