FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pediatric neurology, and is intended for use in predicting the formation of infantile cerebral paralysis by the year of life. Computer stabilometrics is used in children at 3–6 months of life on a stabiloplatform with high sensitivity for low weight, with determination of derived parameters: difference in the length and width of the ellipse of the statokinesiogram, levels of 60 % of spectrum power in the frontal and sagittal planes. For values of at least one of the following values: difference of length and width of ellipse of statokinesiogram more than 10.00 mm, level of 60 % power of spectrum in frontal plane, equal to 0.60 Hz or lower, level of 60 % power of spectrum in sagittal plane, equal to 0.30 Hz or lower, ICP formation to year of life.
EFFECT: method provides high-accuracy prediction of formation of infantile cerebral paralysis in children of 3–6 months of life enables timely correction of therapeutic measures to reduce disabling effects.
