METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF MOTOR DEVELOPMENT DISORDERS IN PREMATURE CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B5/11 A61B5/103

Abstract RU 2804646 C1

FIELD: medicine; pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: very premature children at the corrected age of 3–4 months of life undergo computer stabilometry on a stabiloplatform with high sensitivity for low weight in an anti-gravity position lying on their stomach with support on the forearms or palms. The following indicators of the statokinesiogram are determined: frequencies of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd spectrum maxima along the sagittal component. If the value of at least one of the indicators: the frequency of the 1st maximum of the spectrum along the sagittal component is more than 1.7 Hz, the frequency of the 2nd maximum of the spectrum along the sagittal component is more than 2.25 Hz, the frequency of the 3rd maximum of the spectrum along the sagittal component is less than 0, 96 Hz — a motor development disorder is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to objectively diagnose the motor development disorders in very premature infants at the stage of formation of the first anti-gravity positions and timely initiation of treatment measures in order to reduce disability and improve the quality of life of this category of patients.
