Abstract RU 2758546 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. During the operation, a drainage tube is installed in the lower third of the esophagus in the area of surgery. In the postoperative period, when saliva or small intestinal contents appear in the drainage tube, the tube is connected to an aspirator for negative pressure treatment. Vacuum aspiration is carried out in a continuous mode according to the scheme: the first 10 days of treatment, vacuum aspiration is carried out at a negative pressure of 100 mm Hg. In this case, daily 3 times a day, vacuum aspiration is stopped for 10 minutes. At this time, 50 ml of Miramistin are administered orally to the patient, as well as into the drainage tube. For the next 7 days, vacuum aspiration is performed at a negative pressure of 70 mm Hg. In this case, every day, 2 times a day, vacuum aspiration is stopped for 10 minutes. At this time, 30 ml of Miramistin are administered orally to the patient, as well as into the drainage tube. In the following days of treatment, the administration of Miramistin is stopped, and vacuum aspiration is carried out at a negative pressure of 50 mm Hg. until the esophageal-mediastinal-cutaneous fistula is completely closed, after which the drainage tube is removed. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.

EFFECT: method is low-traumatic, non-invasive, allows effective treatment of esophageal-mediastinal-cutaneous fistula after operations in the lower third, does not require repeated surgery.
