FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for diffusion welding of metals with metal ceramics and can be used for producing a worked-in turbine sealing with a multi-layered shell. The method for diffusion welding of metals with metal ceramics includes pressing the powder of a metal ceramic material into the cavity of a metal part in a cold state to a porosity of 5 to 25%, heating in a vacuum and sintering. Heat treatment of the main part is executed prior to diffusion welding to relieve stresses and stabilise the dimensions thereof, and preliminary fractional separation of the initial powder charge is executed prior to pressing.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides a possibility as a result to increase the bending strength of the connection of metal with metal ceramics after diffusion welding and eliminate cracks and tears.
