FIELD: materials parameters measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measurement of parameters of nanoscale porous materials. The method for measuring the pores of hydrophilic materials includes filling a porous substance with liquid water, recording the spectrum of the substance with adsorbed water on a spectrometer of medium resolution, the parameters of the porous substance are determined from the absorption spectrum of adsorbed water using a linear regression model preliminarily constructed from the reference spectra.
EFFECT: operational measurement of pore sizes of hydrophilic materials.
