FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, in particular, to a method for preliminary assessment of the technical condition of buildings. The method for preparing to assess the technical condition of buildings by external indicators is characterised by the fact that sets of reference images of defects are preliminarily compiled, categories of defects are assigned, aerial photography of the external surfaces of the assessed building is performed using an unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with a digital camera, the obtained images are processed automatically, a three-dimensional digital model of the building is formed, the images of the model are compared with the reference images automatically, and the presence of building defects in the building structures is determined, defects are mapped automatically on the digital model of the building with the possibility of evaluating the geometric parameters thereof, as well as with an indication of the serial number and category of the defect, the verticality of the external walls is automatically assessed on the digital model of the building.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of expert assessment.
