FIELD: public catering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices, systems and methods for monitoring the operation of a restaurant. The system and method for photofixation of a catering company’s orders includes the stages at which an order is received and entered into the database, dishes included in the order are prepared, dishes of the order are installed in the photofixation tool as they are prepared and their image is obtained, the resulting image is recorded in the database for the order, the dish is taken from the photofixation tool and served to the customer, a cash receipt is printed, including images of dishes of the order, using the cash receipt printing tool, based on the order data placed in the database.
EFFECT: stated group of solutions is aimed at improving the safety and reliability of the process of preparing and serving dishes of the order, as well as expanding the arsenal of technical means designed to monitor standard operating procedures, customer service and other operations of a catering company.
