FIELD: military technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning the barrel bore (DCBB) of the artillery system contains a cleaning unit, a movement mechanism, illumination and surface quality analysis devices, a cleaning solution supply device. The illumination and surface quality analysis devices are connected to the information processing unit. The cleaning unit is made in the form of two disks connected rigidly to each other, on the surface of which cleaning collars: brushes or wool cloth are worn. The disks are rigidly fixed to the housing of the motor rotating on sealed bearings with a metal jacket. The jacket is supported by sealed bearings with thrust rollers on the side surfaces, while the four left rollers move along symmetrical special protrusions of a disk rigidly fixed in the housing, and the right four rollers are rolled along the surface of a movable spring-loaded disk with the other end of the spring rigidly fixed in the partition of the housing. The internal channel of the DCBB is made in the form of a sealed pipe, inside which the cables for connecting motors, lights and photodiodes are laid in isolation in the cable channel, connected to the interface unit, ADC and computer, and the cleaning solution is pumped through flexible hoses into the internal channel and channel passages to the working area of the working disks.
EFFECT: ensuring compactness, simplifying the installation of the device on the product, reducing power consumption, automating control and analyzing the cleaning quality.
