FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for the internal inspection of the walls of pipelines comprising a housing supported on an inner surface of the pipe spring-support elements, are designed as wheels with a motor generator placed outside and within the housing, the search system defects, the computer system, traffic control system, detection system of coordinates, power system to the battery, wherein each wheel motor generator preloaded against the inner surface of the torsion unit furthermore housing a location with an optical defect analysis unit associated with sensors, inserted inside of the rotary disc on bearings, with projections on the outer surface, wherein pairwise at an angle to each other in the surface of the disc open channels set LED and photodiode, in the ends of the housing on the bearings there are discs with projections, in the radial channels of which are placed frequency sensors consisting of a coil and a ferrite core connected to the frequency analysis unit, a video camera with illumination from LEDs is fixed inside the end of the case.
